Costs

There is a franchise fee payable upon signing of the franchise agreement, which varies from area-to-area, that is based on the cost for Steelbuilt Australia to service the exclusive territory and the projected level of home building activity. There are no other fees. Most of the training will occur at your premises at no cost. However, there will be centralised training events and meetings held from time-to-time, which Franchisees must cover their own attendance costs.

Training

All franchisees receive a comprehensive start-up package including plans and systems paperwork, ongoing training in all aspects of new home sales and direct support assistance from industry professionals. Intensive initial and on-going training is personalised to specific geographic/franchisee requirements and is delivered on-site.

Exclusive territory

You will have exclusive rights to market Steelbuilt kit homes in a specific designated geographic territory. The exclusive territory is effectively an asset owned by your company, which can be on-sold and does not have a fixed tenure.
