If you have some basic skills and can follow simple directions, you can DIY. Steelbuilt project homes are custom made in our factory to your individual plan, packaged and shipped directly to your site. There is no quicker way to have a stylish project home – and certainly no cheaper way.

We supply everything you need to DIY - clearly labelled and with locating dimples to make assembly easy. Electrical and plumbing service holes are pre-punched, panels are light enough to be handled by two people (including a husband/wife team) and you don’t even require any specialised tools or equipment.

With every kit home, you’ll get a comprehensive, plain English manual and heaps of advice and support from your local Steelbuilt representative. Once you get started, you’ll find that you can have the wall frames and roof trusses of an average sized home up within just two or three days and the whole project home can be completed within four weeks.
