Over many years of extensive testing, we’ve developed Steelbuilt’s USF rollforming technology…

The computer

Using our own Steelbuilt CAD programme, we firstly prepare 3 dimensional drawings, frame, truss and floor layouts, a Bill of Quantities and cutting lists which are sent via land line to the rollformer computer work station.

The rollformer

The floor…the wall frame…the roof trusses…one rollformer rolls out the entire building and will produce a complete average 3 bedroom house in one working day.

Components are produced to exact dimensions and every necessary instruction is delivered, so that assembly is simple, fast, accurate and efficient.

Our rollforming technology is also very simple to operate and environmentally clean and friendly!

	PREFABRICATED FLATPACK: Ideal for containerisation or export, saving thousands of dollars in freight costs.
	FULLY ASSEMBLED: House frames and trusses ready for delivery to site.
	FLOORING SYSTEM: 'Unique flooring system creates a flat, level and structurally sound platform with significant cost savings.
	TRUSS: Suitable for many applications with spans of up to 12 meters and takes any type of roof material.
